Sometimes you need your order quickly, or you just can’t wait to receive some gorgeous new lighting! We want you to get your order as soon as possible, too.
All Juniper products are proudly made to order. This helps us provide custom solutions for all of your unique projects in any residential, commercial, and hospitality space. Our fixtures also require each assembly part to be carefully finished and polished for precision and quality control. Unfortunately, we do not stock inventory due to high demand for custom options.
To cater to our growing business and heavy production schedule, we are unable to expedite production of any orders placed. Each purchase will be handled in the order that it was placed to provide fair treatment to all of our valued customers.
How to Receive Your Order As Quickly As Possible:
1. Place your order quickly.
To ensure that you will receive fixtures within your project’s time constraints, we encourage placing your order as soon as possible. Nothing’s worse than ordering at the last minute and not being sure when it will arrive. Do yourself a favor- don’t procrastinate!
2. Put a 50% deposit down, or pay in full.
Once a deposit of at least 50% is received, we can begin production. Fixtures will only be shipped after the remaining balance of your order has been received. Basically, the sooner you pay your balance, the less hurdles we have to jump before sending out your order for delivery!
3. Stay in touch with us.
Should there be any changes to our production schedule or any early shipments, you will be contacted by Juniper as a standard practice. Make sure our emails don’t get tucked away in a SPAM folder in case we’re trying to reach you, or save our number in your contacts to know when we’re calling you.
We provide lead times for each product as a general guideline, and orders may be shipped later or earlier than expected. For other questions regarding your order, please contact us.
