The Strategist was curated by New York Magazine to release a platform trusted by online shoppers in finding the best products in the world of e-commerce. In a recent article, they asked interior designers to name their favorite table lamps and their dupes. Homepolish designer Tali Roth revealed that her favorite modern desk lamp is our THIN Shared Task Lamp:

“It’s a practical, sleek, a little serious, but very funky reading light. If your desk is up against the wall, it’s pretty how this light picks up the natural texture in any vertical plane around it.”

Other Favorite Table Lamps of Designers

Keren Richter of White Arrow design firm mentioned ceramic, tapered, and paper lamps by different designers such as Victoria Morris, Caravan Pacific, and Isamu Noguchi. Canada and New York-based designer Philip Mitchell also listed his favorite porcelain lamp by Vaughan Designs with intricate hand-painted details. There were dupes for many lamps on the list that can be purchased from local retailers and furniture stores like Ikea, Urban Outfitters, or Anthropologie for more affordable options.
