The project spanned almost two years from concept to completion and embraced local business by incorporating other lighting products from RBW and Allied Maker. Heavily adorned with lighting solutions that we hold near and dear to our hearts, Assemblage combined the minimal and modern lighting with rich textures, fabrics, colors and patterns to create a stunning, tranquil, and stylish communal space.
Assemblage, a Zen Soho House, Highlighted in New York Times
Assemblage goes beyond coworking, coliving, and coexercised spaces. The luxury club is located in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. Paid memberships and day rates provide access to an array of amenities to the upscale residence and coworking space. The new communal location has certainly caught the attention of many, including the attention of the infamous New York Times. In their Style section, New York Times highlights the beginnings and inspiration of Assemblage, including the remarkable story of CEO and founder Rodrigo Nino.
Juniper worked closely with the Meyer Davis design boutique in 2016 when they began working with Assemblage. Much of the inspiration for the design was drawn from the THIN lighting collection, which is pervasive across both the 17 John and 25th Street locations. Thirty of our THIN Chandeliers can be found in both locations, as well as over 600 THIN Task Lamps, THIN Surface Mounts in custom rose gold finishes, and a series of custom lighting for public and guestroom spaces. Even a custom logo was created using brass LED light arrays.
