METROPOLIS AND AXIS T FEATURED IN MODERN LUXURY INTERIORS FOR LAKESHORE EAST CONDO
The Lakeshore East Condo project in Chicago turned to Nicholas Moriarty to rework a multiunit condo into a family home that is packed with personality. The space has been beautifully redesigned for a couple and their five kids that accommodates comfort and space for entertaining. Included in the July issue of Modern Luxury Interiors the condo features the Axis T suspension and two Metropolis LED suspensions.

NMI was responsible for all of the interior architecture and design work. The wide-open living space which had previously been renovated and combined two units in the building, offered room for creativity. “Lighting also played a major role, given the very low (less than 8-foot) ceilings. “We designed two drop LED light features over the main living space and kitchen island to give off necessary light while also defining the individual spaces.” – Nicholas Moriarty
